Online Sessions: How do they work?

Online sessions work a little differently to in-person sessions. Instead of using your body to muscle test, I take on your energetic template (via intention and a setup process) and muscle test my own arm on your behalf so we can find where the blockages are in your body, and what is needed to bring you back into a state of balance.

I also have a background in coaching which I’ll incorporate into our sessions when I believe it would be of value too.

Online sessions are conducted via a private meeting within a well known secure app called Zoom, where we can visually see each other as well as talk to each other live. If the internet gremlins start to cause havoc, we can also do FaceTime or even just a simple phone call, it still works perfectly well.

Many people are amazed at how online sessions work when they experience it. Energy isn’t confined by time or space, so taking on your energy temporarily to muscle test and be guided by your body’s wisdom isn’t actually as far fetched as it sounds!

We begin each session briefly discussing what you’re experiencing at the moment, and how you would rather be feeling. We then create a goal to energetically align your body to, and away we go! The body takes it from there and guides us to what we need to discuss, what emotions need to be cleared, or what techniques or tools we need to use to help you get back into balance. If any remedies we use aren’t enough in the moment (on myself on behalf of you), I can either post it to you if possible or I can guide you where to purchase the item if it’s a longterm remedy that’s needed. Remedies can include flower essences, essential oils, crystals, cards, sprays, sound therapy, light therapy, nutrition, acupressure points, EFT tapping, reiki, coaching + more!

I’ve personally had many online energetics sessions and have loved them and found them extremely helpful and powerful, so I’m confident you’re going to love your session as well!
