How does kinesiology work?

When there is any type of stress placed on the body, there is temporary muscle weakness. This is why when someone is about to be delivered some bad news, they are generally asked to sit down first in order to avoid them from collapsing. This sudden weakness from stress can be used as an indicator or 'biofeedback mechanism' to how the body is feeling.

The subconscious mind is extremely powerful, and knows everything that has ever happened to us and everything we need in any given moment to return back to a state of balance. Muscle testing allows us the ability to ask the subconscious mind questions and receive the exact answers and techniques we need to bring you back to a state of good health. There are hundreds of different techniques to be able to do this, and your body will indicate which one it needs depending on the issue that is being addressed.

Kinesiology was first 'discovered' by a chiropractor (Dr. George Goodheart) in the 1960s in the United States, which is now known as Applied Kinesiology and is used by many chiropractors around the world. Since then, kinesiology has developed in its own right, encompassing many Chinese medicine principles and working with the acupressure system to shift stagnant, overloaded or blocked energy.
